Fadekemi Okoli is a graduate of Marketing from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic. She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Lagos State University.

Fadekemi began her real estate career in 2002 during her National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) deployment with PSL, a unit under the Investment Banking Group of former Prudent Bank Plc, which is now known as Polaris Bank. Her hardworking disposition resulted in her absorption as a full staff member after her NYSC deployment. In the absence of her line manager, she reported directly to the Managing Director of the bank.

During Fadekemi’s time in the bank, she and her team successfully marketed and sold out all the property units developed by Prudent Bank Plc at the popular Femi Okunnu Estate, Phase II, within the Lekki Pennisula axis of Lagos State. She later resigned her appointment voluntarily with the bank to start Marriot Properties with her partner, the former President of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and past Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Chief F. K. Bajomo.

On the 19th of October 2007, Worthy Realtors and Home Services was established. Fadekemi’s goal is to expand the scope of services offered by Worthy Realtors and Home Services and impact it with the same work ethic with which she developed throughout her career in the real estate industry.
